Job Description
Typical responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Handle aspects of day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, recording expenses, preparing supplier payments etc. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Tender preparation: Collect and handle team CVs, certificates and documentation in preparation of tender dossiers.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, providing accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as document management, recording and procuring IT equipment, and maintaining office supplies, ensuring operational excellence.
- Compliance: Observe adherence to financial laws and ISO requirements, preparing for audits and resolving any discrepancies or issues identified.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for external partners such as banks, auditors, and vendors, as well as internal departments.
Qualifications:
- Studies in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
